     In some organisations, the use of external producers is viewed as an interesting way to develop a rich and consistent programming with no recruitment costs/processes. This process can be interesting for new organisations with small teams as it enables to quickly get credibility in various artistic fields, thanks to specialised producers who act as virtual “monitors” for the cultural centre.

      The star-shaped organizational model, with one team/branch for each art discipline programming, appears as the most efficient one and is largely adopted in big structures. The different teams may work together to create cross-discipline exhibitions or events.

      When the cultural centre leans on volunteers, rewarding them is crucial in order to keep them motivated. One way to reward them is to give them benefits related to the cultural centre, in terms of programming or catering, and which can be limited or unlimited in time: free entrances to the exhibition, discounts on concerts, etc.
