Jazz Jaus
Lima, Peru
Jazz Jaus started as an non profitable organization in 2008 in the lively Miraflores district in Lima, with one obsession: promoting practice of music. The institution offers instrumental and singing lessons to adults and children, and organizes three concerts a year, gathering together all students from the school. For Caroline Arroz, saxophonist and head of Jazz Jaus, the success of the institution is based on the way her team runs the place, as a pragmatic business that allows them to make social projects besides the school. The dynamic and demanding manager puts her iron will and boldness to serve her passion of music transmission. In addition to its teaching activities, Jazz Jaus offers assistance to companies in quest of creativity and team building projects.
